Q: Where are classes held?

A: Classes are conducted on site at your child’s preschool. We utilize both outdoor and indoor spaces, depending on availability and school design.

Q: What if it’s too hot/cold?

A: We adhere to the school’s weather policy regarding heat and cold. Quite simply, if the school says it’s too hot or cold to go outside, we conduct class inside or reschedule.

Q: What should my child wear to class?

A: Comfortable is the name of the game, we’re not too picky! While we can absolutely work around it, we would recommend staying away from stiff shoes like cowboy boots.

Q: What’s your holiday policy?

A: All holidays and make-up weeks have been factored into the cost of tuition. Some months may have 3 classes, some may have 5 but the average throughout the year is about 4 classes per month. There will be no classes on or around these weeks: (The exact dates of these weeks shift from year to year, but these are our best estimate) The last week of May, the last week of August, the week of Thanksgiving, the week of Christmas, the week of New Year's and the week of spring break. Monthly tuition is the same regardless of whether there are 3, 4 or 5 classes in a particular month.

Q: Will my child’s instructor change from week to week?

A: No way! Kids Elevated takes immense pride in our amazing team of instructors! We hire career instructors, not just “seasonal” employees. We understand that consistency is KEY, which is why most of our coaches have been with us for years! This is not a side job, we seriously love working with kids! :-)

Q: How do I cancel?

A: It’s easy! Just call or email us at WeCare@KidsElevated.com or 512-200-3847 30 DAYS prior to desired cancellation date. Please see disclaimer at checkout for full details. If you have any questions at all about this policy, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Q: Do you take photos/can I see my child’s progress?

A: We know parents love to see what their child is learning and how they're doing in our classes. Check out our picture plan below!

  • We will upload pictures of our classes 1-3 times per season.

  • Safety comes first, so our instructor will do their best to snap pictures but only when it is safe to do so.
